EVENTS:

The Paint and Create Art team will arrive depending on guest size. This time varies from 30 minutes to an hour prior to the scheduled party start time. All events are projected to last roughly 2 1/2 hours in duration. This time to paint is dependent on the following factors:  the number of people in attendance, the complexity of the painting, and the need for additional instructions.

To be fair to all members participating, we are not able to wait for late guests.  Therefore, we suggest that participating members arrive 5 - 15 prior to the scheduled start time to ensure our painters have the proper materials to begin their masterpieces. Naturally, life happens and there are instances where members are late Don't worry! We will do our best to accommodate late participants to bring them back on track, although complete instruction is not guaranteed depending on the time that has elapsed.

 

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING:

We want to make sure our guests have the best experience during our events. If an event is hosted outside and canceled due to non-ideal weather conditions, including rain, heavy winds, excessive heat, or freezing conditions, refunds will not be provided.

 

Rescheduled events accrue no additional penalty or fees. This will be considered as a credit to an event of equal size and value that can be used at a later time or date. If the rescheduled date becomes canceled, the initial cancellation policy comes into effect.

 

MATERIALS PROVIDED:

The Paint and Create Art team will provide all materials necessary for your function:

• Pallets

• Canvases

• Brushes

• Easels

• Aprons

 

We pride ourselves on providing you with excellent quality and control over the materials. While in your care, we ask that you please treat our equipment with the same respect. Doing so will enable us to continue our standards of good quality for paint events to come!

 

DAMAGED PERSONAL ITEMS:

Our Paint and Create Art team is not responsible or liable for damage to personal items in your home or
venue. Responsibility for providing tables and chairs falls on the host or venue. Guests with valuable
personal items should take care of and ensure the protection of their own assets. In the event of maltreatment or malicious incidents, compensation for Paint and Create Art materials will be up to the discretion of the instructor. 

 

Safety:
A strong value for our staff and eager participants. If the area is deemed unsafe by the instructor, we have the right to refuse services. This will be considered a cancellation and refunds will not be provided.

 

END RESULT:

Paint and Create Art makes no representation or warranties about the quality of any painting or
individual experience at the event. We will do our best to walk you through step by step to get a
close representation of the painting created by the instructor. However, the painting will be unique
and the expectation is that your painting will be a facsimile (an exact duplicate of the instructor's painting)
is not truly possible.

Paint and Create Art holds the rights to all sample work made by the instructor. All original pieces are original works. Participants have the rights to the pieces that they have painted and paid for. Each piece is unique!

INDEMNIFICATION
By using www.paintandcreateart.com and participating in Paint and Create Art events, you are agreeing to indemnify and hold Paint and Create Art LLC harmless for any costs, fees, attorney’s fees, medical claims, claims, demands, or liabilities of any kind related to using Paint and Create Art or for participating at a Paint and Create Art paint party event session.

Any injury incurred due to your own carelessness or neglect, you agree that Paint and Create Art will not be held responsible.  Any allergic or medical reaction due to products, materials, or paints you agree it is not the responsibility of Paint and Create Art and its associates
